Meet Judy

My passion for speech and feeding therapy has allowed me to work with children across a wide range of developmental and medical needs. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Marquette University and am a licensed, ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Lactation Consultant.

Throughout my career, I have worked in early intervention, pediatric outpatient clinics, therapeutic day programs, and school settings. I have provided in-home Early Intervention services across Chicago, supporting infants and toddlers with speech, language, and feeding delays, as well as medically complex diagnoses including prematurity, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, CHARGE syndrome, heart defects, and tracheostomy or ventilator dependence. I have also supported preschool and school-aged children with articulation disorders, language delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, apraxia, and other developmental differences.

My advanced feeding training includes the SOS Approach, Beckman Oral Motor techniques, food chaining, and medically informed feeding strategies. I have extensive experience conducting comprehensive speech and feeding evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families and medical teams to ensure safe, coordinated care.

Whether supporting a late talker, a selective eater, or a child with complex medical and developmental needs, my approach is rooted in strong clinical expertise, thoughtful care, and meaningful partnership with families.
